Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us") covering your use of https://missclick.dk, our forums, our workshop and our launcher (together, the "service"). By registering an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 15 years old to register.
• One account per person and per device. Registering additional accounts to evade a ban, a timeout or a device lock is not allowed.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password private, and turn on two-factor authentication if your account matters to you.
• Give us a working email address. Some features stay locked until you confirm it.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

2. Sharing, reselling and the device lock

Subscriptions are personal. You may not share, lend, rent, resell or transfer your account or your subscription. When you sign in to the launcher, your account is pinned to your device so we can enforce this. If your hardware genuinely changes, open a ticket and staff will reset the lock. Accounts that show signs of sharing may be suspended without a refund.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or content involving minors;
• post malware, or disguise what a file does;
• spam, advertise, or recruit for other services without permission;
• impersonate staff or other members;
• attack, overload, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its API;
• reverse engineer, decompile, repackage or redistribute the launcher or any file obtained through it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;
• circumvent bans, rate limits, the CAPTCHA, or our anti-abuse systems.

Staff may remove content, issue timeouts, and suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of running the service, and you confirm you have the right to grant that licence. You may ask us to remove your content; copies may remain in backups for a period, and quoted excerpts in other members' posts may stay.

For workshop uploads, you also confirm the file is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We review uploads but do not guarantee that any file is safe or functional — see section 9.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• Prices are shown at checkout, in the currency shown there, and include VAT where it applies.
• Subscriptions grant access for a stated period. They do not renew automatically — access ends when the period runs out unless you buy more time. Buying again while active adds time on top.
• We accept payment through PayPal and through cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Those providers have their own terms; crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain.
• An invoice is issued for each paid order and is available from your account.
• We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. This is digital content supplied immediately, so at checkout you ask us to begin supply at once and acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once access has been granted, as permitted by the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven).

Beyond that, we will refund you if the service was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, or if you were charged in error. We do not refund for a change of mind, for a ban or suspension you caused, or for a game update that temporarily breaks compatibility. Ask through a support ticket with your order number.

7. Virtual currency and prize draws

Coins and similar in-site balances have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred off the site. They may be adjusted or removed if they were obtained through a bug, an exploit or abuse. Any prize draw or spin feature is a free promotional feature with no purchase required for the spins granted to you, and is not gambling; balances and prizes expire when your account closes.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may take the service down for maintenance. If we permanently discontinue a paid service, we will refund the unused portion of any active subscription.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service and everything available through it are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent the law allows. You use files from the workshop and the launcher at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or any consequence imposed on you by a third party (including a game publisher) as a result of your use of the service.

10. Third-party services

Using the service may put you in breach of the terms of a third-party product or platform. That is between you and them. We are not responsible for any action a third party takes against your accounts with them, including suspension or termination.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the service or other members. Where a closure is our decision and you have not breached these terms, we will refund the unused portion of an active subscription.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the forums at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance; if you do not accept, stop using the service and ask for the unused portion of any subscription back.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes belong to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
